Enies Lobby

The Straw Hats declare war on the World Government to save Robin. They storm Enies Lobby — the Judicial Island that has never fallen in 800 years. Robin's past is revealed: as a child, she survived the Buster Call that destroyed her home island Ohara, where scholars studied the forbidden Void Century. She has been hunted by the World Government her entire life, believing she has no right to exist. On the Tower of Justice, Luffy tells her to say she wants to live. Robin screams: 'I WANT TO LIVE! TAKE ME TO SEA WITH YOU!' The crew burns the World Government flag, each member defeats a CP9 agent, and Luffy unleashes Gear Second and Gear Third to defeat Rob Lucci in one of the greatest fights in manga history. The Going Merry miraculously sails one last time to rescue them, then breaks apart. The crew gives her a Viking funeral at sea.
