1. The service

Nakamaway (nakamaway.com) is a free platform to discover manga and anime, find where to read or watch them legally, and share suggestions with other fans. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Free access and future paid features

Browsing Nakamaway is free and requires no account. If premium subscriptions become available, their price and conditions will be shown clearly before any payment, processed by Stripe, and cancellable at any time.

3. Community rules

Comments and suggestions are public. When posting, you agree not to:

• Post spam, advertising or automated content.
• Post abusive, hateful or illegal content.
• Share links to piracy or unlicensed content.
• Impersonate other people.

We may remove content that breaks these rules without notice.

4. Content and intellectual property

Manga and anime data is provided by the Jikan API (MyAnimeList). All titles, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nakamaway does not host or stream any manga or anime content and links only to official, licensed platforms. If you are a rights holder and want something corrected or removed, contact us.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Third-party data (ratings, episode lists, platform availability) may contain errors — always check the official platform before subscribing to anything. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.

6. Changes, contact and governing law
