At the floating restaurant Baratie, Luffy meets Sanji — a brilliant chef who dreams of finding the All Blue, a legendary sea where fish from all four oceans gather. The restaurant is attacked by Don Krieg, the most feared pirate in East Blue, and his massive armada. But the real threat is the legendary swordsman Dracule Mihawk, who single-handedly destroyed Krieg's fleet. Zoro challenges Mihawk and is utterly defeated, leading to his iconic vow: 'I will never lose again!' Luffy defeats Don Krieg while Sanji confronts his complicated relationship with his mentor, the one-legged chef Zeff, who sacrificed everything to save young Sanji from starvation.
