What a wonderful story, I felt that the main character was very well detailed, through the drawn features such as his face and his fake smile I was able to perfectly understand what the author wanted to describe, the secondary characters also managed to catch my attention such as the protagonist's sister and the friend of his work from the supermarket, in addition to the dog himself who is the center of the manga's story, even though it was just a one-shot I managed to cry and smile with a short story with a lot of emotions, thank you to the author for making excellentart, sorry Because of my bad English, it's not my mother tongue.
Excellent read. My introverted self is very pleased that the mangaka portrayed some of my struggles so well. As for the one-shot, it’s about dealing with the loss of a loved one. Sometimes, words can’t describe a feeling, but sometimes, words can help us cope with sadness. That’s the essence of this one-shot. Hiroki is a likable character, but I especially loved the small cameo (within a one-shot 😁) of Ikari. He seems like a genuinely honest and kind person someone you'd want as a friend. Overall, a very good read. And since the mangaka seems to be new, I’d like to encourage him to keep drawing. He hasan excellent artistic skill. The art in the one-shot was very pleasing to the eyes, and the storyboard was perfectly done as well.
Ever since childhood, Hiroki struggled to express his feelings. Only his beloved dog Karo truly understood him. But one day in high school, Karo passes away... (Source: MANGA Plus)
I really adore this story. I found it after my own dog had just passed away. Growing up I was also never very good at expressing my own emotions. And growing up with anxiety about getting in others way, made it very hard for me to articulate or even feel my own own emotions properly, as I would bottle up all my emotions. Now whenever I really start to feel down from missing my dog and just can't seem to shake the bad energy, I always read this, and have a good cry. A good cry would always help ease the bottled up emotions Icouldn't figure out how to get out and help me relax. I highly recommend giving this a read. It is one I have reread many many times now.
