An amazing story like this, and zero reviews? Well, I’m leaving one! Define the relationship is one of those God-tier BL’s with an amazing novel to back it with no phrase better to describe it than “Holy shit that was fucking beautiful.” Story will either destroy you and rework you or bring you back to life. I haven’t read something quite like it in so long, it’s one worthy of crying happy tears over its existence. Not often does this happen I imagine especially in the smut genre, when you’re looking for substance, this one completely blows many others out of the water entirely. Mostly worth readingif you’re looking for a genuine love story. It just brings feelings to the forefront, while being incredibly immersive for a comic. - Excellent panels. Not too wordy. Easy to get into and lose yourself in. Few words were required to convey the messages behind the characters interactions. - Emotional, personal, and raw feelings came thru in the art. Everything was healthy, made sense in the real world, and had a flavor to it that left me speechless. Just plain and simple, this manhwa deserves respect.
Six years ago, on New Year's Eve, two men shared a brief but unforgettable kiss at midnight. Born as an alpha, a superior secondary sex, Karlyle Frost appears as icy as his noble family name. Although the Frosts produce dominant alphas, who possess even more outstanding innate traits than regular alphas like Karlyle, the duty of continuing the bloodline still falls on him. However, this obligation only hinders Karlyle psychologically, and he develops sexual performance issues with the omegas—capable of bearing children—that his family selects for him. To resolve Karlyle's problems, the family doctor advises that he sleep with other alphas. This is when Karlyle suddenly reunites with the man he kissed—the dominant alpha Ash Jones. Unlike Karlyle, Ash is effortlessly warm and charismatic, and kindness comes to him naturally. Even so, during their two-month arrangement, Karlyle wishes to leave any potential feelings out of it. But as they begin to meet, Karlyle feels an oddly tender attraction and attachment to Ash, knowing full well that a relationship between two alphas is but an unattainable dream. Eh? I'm also surprised this manhwa only has one review. It's Actually really good. Wholesome with a happy ever after. First of all, the premise is already something that draws you in, the MC is an Alpha burdened with the responsibilities of one, a rare occurrence shown in Bl Manhwas, you'd expect him to get matched with an Omega that loosens him up and shows him how to fall in love and become a "better person" but NO. He gets matched with another Alpha. Alpha x Alpha and Omega x Omega pairings are really rare, so when I see one I try to give it achance and "Define the relationship" was worth the chance. The art style is clean, pretty and mature. The world building was a solid modern setting, but the icing on the cake is the characters. This whole manhwa is just about positive character growth between the main characters. From someone who barely feels nor smiles, to someone else who feels but hides it behind a smile. Handsome green flag × Handsome green flag. They don't fit into the typical boxes of standard Bl Manhwas male leads.
