What a ride this was... The story is about our female lead having a one night stand in order to get over her childhood crush. She finds herself in an uncomfortable situation when she realizes that she's pregnant and doesn't remember who she slept with. What'd you do?? The characters are endearing and refreshing, especially our male lead. I have never seen such a perfect man. Ever. So for anyone looking for the gem, you got it right here. The female lead is also cute and she grows on you really quick! The plot tends to be well paced, and it's not always the same rythm, sometimes it's slow, fast, which is one of the things I really appreciate about this manwha. The art is outrageously perfect and natural. It pulls you in, makes you feel like it's real (still can't explain how because of how great it is). Definitely a good read, don't look down on it peeps !
To Hee-won's dismay, the BFF she crushed on and her other BFF are now dating! Seriously bummed, Hee-won decides to go wild just one time, and find solace with a handsome stranger. A very satisfying one night affair has now turned into more—she's pregnant! Fate brings them together again, and now the regimented Doo-joon is determined to do the right thing and marry her. But they're basically strangers! Except... their bodies have been very intimately acquainted. What's this mother-to-be to do? (Source: Tapas Media)
>It’s not suprising that some people have mixed feelings about positively yours, but I absolutely love this manhwa. The relationship and story is awkward at first, but the couple eventually loosen up a bit.Its that kind of romance manhwa that makes you keep reading despite it being 2:30am in the morning on a week day. We’ve all been there. >I love the art style as well.Props to the artist!! >But the story isn’t exactly everyone’s cup of tea.The series stood out from the crowd to me..like a glow stick..but maybe that’s just me.It deserves more recognition.I wouldn’t recommend this as someones first manhwa because of the length and emotional rollercoastersbutttttttt it’s a great read for anyone else that isnt brand new to manhwa!
I'll keep my review short. I chose this series as a light read, or maybe even a "guilty pleasure." I only knew the basic premise, and initially didn't have much expectation to be honest, just wanted to have some fun. Of course there were lots of clichés, but not all of them were displeasing. There were moments that really irritated me, caused mostly by outdated ideologies and cultural norms. HOWEVER as it progressed I got absorbed by the story and the characters, and started enyojng. Even though I felt a potential from the very beginning, I was suprised when it finally managed to reached thatpotential in the second half of the story, especially towards the end. If I were to summarize this manhwa, it would be this: starts as a typical rom-com, and evolves into what I could confidentially describe as "good writing." There was pleasing amount of romance, drama, character, and couple developments. I even liked the side characters' stories, especially Se-hyun and Taewoo's. Art style was great, Doo-Joon was a real eye candy. Moreover the story reached a satisfying conclusion, and gave us a few bonus chapters to gaze into the lives of the characters after "the end." Overall, it was a fun, fulfilling read, deep at times, and unexpected in a good way.
