Stellar Transformation Final Season

A rare cultivation Donghua that has actually finished. In many ways it's like every other, so I'll just try and highlight the differences. 1. Though the MC eventually becomes an OPMC, he spends most of the series being less powerful than his opponents. Not just in rank, like other Donghua MCs, but actually less powerful. Some watchers don't enjoy this and want him to just win fights, but here the MC is forced to forge alliances, use intrigue and subterfuge, and cheat (A LOT) just to survive. Rarely does he actually win a fair fight. Also, he gets saved by otherpeople A LOT. You may or may not like this, but its certainly different than most. 2. In most cultivation Donghuas when the MC changes realms they leave behind everyone they (and usually you) know. This is a rare Donghua where the MC never leaves his friends or family no matter how strong he gets. It's a nice touch. 3. The MC is a crafter, which is not really that strange for Donghuas, but instead of making pills, the MC makes artifacts/items. There are a few other Donghuas that do this, but most go the pill route, so I like this change. It WILL get frustrating how little he uses this ability (or at least uses it effectively), however, so be warned. Other than those, it's mostly a variation on every other cultivation donghua, so if you like them you'll like this. The story is nothing unique. The visuals/choreography are fine and get better through the seasons, the characters are likeable enough.
