Lolololololol I can say "Wow nobody has written a review for this yet???" all the time because the only reviews I put up is on a manga/anime that has no reviews yet. WOW NOBODY HAS WRITTEN A REVIEW FOR THIS YET??? ASFISDOAFNOSINF WTF. IT WAS SOOOOOOOO GOOD. Story (7/10) Good It wasnt bad. Its basically about a bodyguard protecting rich fiancee, but bodyguard harbors feelings for her and all that good stuff. This manga is also unoriginal, therefore making it predictable, therefore making it less interesting. Well, I put up with it because it was 5 chapters long. Art (10/10) Outstanding The art was surprisingly OUTSTANDING. Holy Moly, the characters wereVERY well drawn. Character (6/10) Fair I really dont know what to say for this part. The manga is very brief, so character development is out of the picture. I liked how they fell in love at the last chapter. I guess that counts for something. Enjoyment (7/10) Good This manga is very short and sweet. I recommend reading this manga if you have around 10~15 minutes to spare. Overall (7/10)
Aria’s parents have been gone since she was very young. Thus, she’s had to grow up in a “foster home” of sorts, and was raised by nuns. On her 16th birthday, Aria recieves a present in the mail– a ring from her “Daddy-long-legs” (a man who protects someone from afar while they’re growing up)! All of a sudden Aria’s life is thrown into chaos. Men try to run her over with cars, shoot her, and kidnap her. Relief comes in the form of Canon, who claims he’s her bodyguard. But can he keep Aria safe forever? (Source: Nagareboshi Manga)
It was okay. Just okay. - Story - Girl getting engaged to some guy, someone comes to protect her, realizes that she actually loves him and that he actually loved her from like 10 years ago, yeayea. We heard it all. In my opinion I think the story didn't have much ring to it; pretty cliche. You could probably predict the whole story without even reading it, actually.. - Art - The art was probably the most strongest part of this manga. I thought the leading girl, Aria, was pretty cute and well drawn. It was neat.- Character - OVERUSED. Both the main characters. Useless girl that can't protect herself and doesn't have any pride; and the guy that always saves her from the bad stuff. Mhm. Nothing special. They could really be developed in a stronger way. - Enjoyment - Lacking. I honestly kept checking which page I was at before it finally ended. - Overall - This has potential, really. It wasn't HORRIBLE, but I was sorta expecting more before starting it.
This manga is a short, but enjoyable read. It's typical shoujo, but the plot was incredible and the characters were lovable. If you have a soft spot for knights in shining armour and innocent heroines, then give this manga a go! Afterall, it's only 5 chapters so why not give it a go? I did, and I'm glad i read it! Story - 9 Maybe a bit generous, but I haven't read a story like this before (however after reading, I've looked up to see quite a few on the reccommendation lists). However, there are a few problems - the story seems a little rushed, and youdon't find out the character's stories till a little too late in my opinion. Art - 10 Totally awesome art! Everything was so well drawn and the characters were really nicely drawn with lots of effort put into the little things. Character - 8 I feel a little mean giving the characters an 8, but it's only really because they aren't very well developed in my opinion, but at the end everythings tied up in a nice little package and you feel like you know them. I especially love Canon's character. Enjoyment - 9 I did not want to stop reading this manga! In fact, i'm writing this review in the morning after staying up an extra while to read it! Overall - 9 It's a nice, short but lovable manga thats very under appreciated. Give it a go - you won't regret it!
Wasn't terrible, but wasn't great either. I like the story, it's right up my alley, but perhaps because of the length (very short chapters, and only 6 of them) the story was rushed and there was no room for developing the characters, relationships, or the plot, which always a shame.Development is a very important aspect to me. There was no special moments for me throughout the manga either– I didn't get excited.. pretty cliche story all around. I enjoyed the art style, quite cute. Overall, if you're looking for a quick easy read, this is it. Will you enjoy? Probably not entirely, but since it's a short 6chapters, why not?
