This is an amazing read, and I loved every second of reading it. Its such a blast with how exciting and unexpected every moment of this manwha is. Its a normal story of the other world, with the expected hero leveling up and becoming stronger. There are also several moments where powerscaling doesn't make sense and so on. But the thing about this manhwa that made me love it is the level of lore it builds and maintains and how it seeks to make fun of existing popular tropes and reference iconic moments. It is a story to not be taken seriously, but to be enjoyedevery chapter along the way. Every moment is funny and unexpected, while also maintaining a seriousness during important moments. Each character is unique with their own quirk, and the art style enhances how you remember each character. It is like a fun dungeon and dragons game turned into a manhwa with how crazy some of the moments become.
The Hero has defeated the Demon King, but the Princess he meant to save turned out to be a Prince. NEETdom, here he comes, but a life of relaxation surrounded by anime is a pretty sweet deal. Unfortunately, he gets caught up in millennia old legends, curses, and a twisted plot involving multiple Kingdoms and many dragons. Through and through, though, he'll follow a path of whimsy, even if that involves him palling it up with "villains". (Source: MU)
This was actually a really good series. The story went absolutely crazy by the end, completely straying from all the tropes it started out with while maintaining its funny humor and *yummy* scenes. However, be warned for this is definitely not for the faint of heart. The middle of the series is a little slow at times and there are a lot of ero scenes that might turn people away. I also wouldnt come here if youre expecting your typical isekai. However if you want to experience strange humor and a unique and grand story in the comfort of a isekai/fantasy setting, then this isthe right place. Tbh, I would really only recommend this to the fairly diehard and/or down bad weebs out there. Also, I highly recommend you stick reading all the way through should you choose to read it cuz it gets crazy. Also go team regi
This is one of the few webtoons that have a distinct artstyle that is very different from modern clip studio webtoons we see today. Evident from the nascent stages of webtoons from as early as 2014, it certainly brings a certain charm with the solid art and coloring that actually makes the webtoon have an artstyle I don't hate. It's also gag which I love. Too bad all the jokes fall flat. If it's straight up not ecchi/harrassment or slapstick, 4 Cut Hero sticks to elementary levels of comedy that you would find on a playground. Unfortunately comedy based on "haha I touch boob" or "maincharacter is an otaku" can really only go so far.
