The artwork is pretty sketched out/rough throughout, which works somewhat in its favor, also the main storyline sort of fades out and merges into something completely out of "HAND." *buh dum tss* As it progresses-- things seem to get more and more wicked and it had me questioning why I was reading it, only downside I saw to this manga was how potato people were in reality. All I can say for sure is this ending took a turn in my head, and I can never unsee what happened in this manga; assess yourself if you can handle such a deep and disturbing manga like this..
to stumbled upon this manga means to jump up to the most bizarre and irrational history about the world, and their beautiful relationship with mongolian horses, that indeed is not actual horses. Story:7/10 i found the story to be very unique depiction of our actual history, with the addition of these strangeness that occured. the more we dwell into the abnormalities of the mongolian horses, the more we discovered the true form of their uses. the story greatly emphasize these development. if youâre not enjoying these bizarre story in the first place, youâll better stop continuing, because it only gets better, or worse. Art:10/10 what we can appreciate in thismanga is the beautiful art that is Shintaro Kago masterpiece. his realistic artstyle, not just this, but also almost all of his works are beautiful, itâs very appealing for people who loves realistic art, but sadly the story is not realistic as the artsyle. Character:7/10 what is a bizarre story without a bizarre character. we will witness the great character that influence our world, with a twist of their genius minds. we will witness Vasco de Gama that use vomit to communicate. we witness James Watt with his glorious defective skills and his masochistic girlfriend. Henry Ford and his love for copulating with a conveyor belt. and all of those irrational characters that is not enough to be put in here. Enjoyment:8/10 despite being weirded and disgusted by it, the creativity is limitless in here, there so much thing that left with a lot of question, there so much to be discovered in here. i thoroughly enjoyed every single chapter, wondering what can these mongolian horses do to entertain me until the end. i can say to myself i will greatly enjoyed this if this was longer, it left us with a big question mark in our head. Overall:7/10 if only the story can reach to itâs conclusion, i would give it a better score. the abrupt ending really didnt justified the great artstyle and bizarre story. i wanna know more about monglian horses!, i want to witness the great ancient discovery that already influence the whole world, the God, the Giant, the Ultra Power Mongol Invasion!
For a long time, in this world, there existed "giants". They were used as tools and played an important role in the turn of history. The key to the secret lies in Mongolia. A Dark Symphony played by the "civilization" of the "power"! Discover Kago's peculiar vision of world history in this genius para-historic blockbuster!
So um, Super Powered Mongolia Invasion is actually not about Mongols at all. Well they are there but... only for the first chapter. Story - 7 What if instead of discovering steam and electricity we discovered...well...giant limbs? This is the story of our world developing with giant limbs as locomotion. Is it original? Surely. Is it entertaining? Likely. It is coherent? No. No, no, no. Art - 8 The art style is very detailed and very bloody. Keep away from people who have a lot of nightmares, as there is a lot of night-marefuel. Character - 3 I think there was a memorable character in there somewhere. But that's not the point. Developing a character goes contrary to the writing. Enjoyment - 7 This is highly variable. If you enjoy a complete random adventure drawn with excellent art quality, this is your cup of tea. Unfortunately none of the extremely interesting ideas were much expanded, leaving much to be desired. Overall - 6 There is a high chance you will enjoy some of this lucid dream. I certainly did, but as a novelty. If you don't like the first chapter you definitely won't like the rest.
