Personally, i really don't understand why this manga is rated to low. Is it because it's a sport manga? This manga is not EXTREMELY outstanding but it is DEFINITELY praised. The story is good, the art is good and for the girls: it's a KARATE dojo FULL of BISHIES! It's definitely a good laugh and i recommend it for people who like a bit a shoujo, comedy and sport. It's a great choice if you want something light but not too light. I'll definitely remember this one. Try reading the first few chapters to get the 'style'. If you really don't enjoy it, don't forceyourself to continue. I thoroughly enjoyed it and i highly recommend it!
This is probably going to be one of my shortest reviews, but it will tell you a you need to know Ryuuichi is dumped by a girl because she only likes strong people. Being like most guys he gets really depressed and starts wanting to get stronger. So his mom boss, a karate teacher, takes him with him and begins to train. As the story goes more and more the characetr starts to get stronger, you also learn about the other people there and there stories, and their reasons for being in the dojo. Overall Full Contact is a story I stumbled upon and feltto be very enjoyable. So, you decide wether to give it shot or not.
When Otawa Ryuuichi is dumped by a girl because she only likes strong people, he gets really depressed. While watching karate on tv he thinks "I want to be strong too!". The same day he is forced to join a karate dojo. (Source: Imangascans)
