This is the most creative of the body-switching manga one-shots I've ever read. The setup is uniquely different. As the story progresses, the mangaka gradually reveals information about what is going on, which is no easy thing in a one-shot. No big deus ex machina info dumps here. Everything makes perfect sense. The characters are appealing and their personalities suit who they are. There is one crazy, slapstick incident that makes no sense, but it does break up the drama nicely. Add in a great tear-jerker ending and you have an excellent product. The onlyproblem here is the MAL software insisting on longer reviews. It's not exactly easy to do that when you're talking about a one-shot.
A boy wakes up one morning only to realize he has become Hatsuko Fukatsu, a second-year high school girl. As he tries to find his own body, most of his attempts only seem to draw suspicion from those around him, as Hatsuko's idiosyncrasies make pretending to be her rather difficult. Now forced to live out Hatsuko's day, the boy starts to wonder if he will ever be able to locate himself. [Written by MAL Rewrite]
I really love the story of this manga, at first, I thought it would be another generic ecchi-romantic-comedy with some body-switching powers, but I was wrong. it started as a light comedy with the main lead switched body with the main girl but as the story goes on and develops, there is a heavy drama and it really made me tears (LOL). I really how this manga suddenly develops even though it's only a one-shot, The plot is very interesting and it leaves a heavy emotion to your heart. So I really recommend this manga if you don't have anything to do. Story 9/10 Art 10/10 Character 9/10 Enjoyment9/10 Overall 10/10
Please, Sir, I Want Some More.. This was a good story even for one chapter. I do honestly wish the story was more than 1. I feel that the story could've been told in 12-24 chapters. I like how the character reacts and everything. What i don't like is that the character is in a coma and some other stuff. I feel the story could've gone with the boy being in the chicks body and the chick being in the boy's body. The way the story is portrayed by the author makes me think that it could've been really good like that. Having the two of theminteract and than maybe falling for each other later. Maybe even have a thing where they switch back between each other. I just really wish this had more. I feel it could've been better if it did.
It's just a one-shot so you won't lose anything either way by reading it. It's a good concept and the art is decent, but it's just too short--though the ideas alone may be worth your time. For one, it's unclear why the character at the beginning doesn't know who they are at the start of the story. And two, there's no real buildup to justify the reveals at the end so it all just kind of falls flat. If the first section were a bit longer, it would justify the first reveal. Though if the story were longer, the ending would probably need some tweaking to hit the way itseems intended to. Honestly, it's a shame there's not a longer version.
