started off pretty good with what seemed to be a compelling plot, but climax and ending all seemed forced, especially with the addition of the second girl to akis life, which felt like a storyline added naturally but thrown aside hurriedly to make sense of what was going to happen w aki and mill, absolutely no closure w nakagoshi. the other secondary characters have the potential to be developed well, but also arent. im overall giving it a 7 because of how it started and it was a "feel-good" kind of read, but without the setup/beginning of the manga looking at it from the midto end chapters, which is the bulk of the story, its a 6 or even a 5.
College student Aki is shocked when a teenage girl suddenly barges into his Tokyo apartment, acting as if he should know her. When the truth becomes clear, the situation is even stranger. The "teenage girl" is actually his precious pet cat Mill from his home in Kyuushuu, who is apparently an 86-year-old "monster cat" who can change between cat and human forms. Will Aki be able to fit his supernatural pet cat into his ordinary college life? (Source: MU)
