Lovey Dovey

Synopsis

For 10 years Saika has done everything she can to get close to her love Keishi. She followed him to the same high school, joined the same committees, and even changed her outward personality to become the right match for Keishi. One day, looking for Keishi in the special section of the school, she runs into the school's trouble-maker Kirisaki Shin. As he begins to bully her, her true personality comes out: loud-mouthed and violent. To her dismay, Kirisaki decides that he likes that kind of girl. Lovey Dovey is the story of Saika's trials and tribulations in a love triangle at a school where "Love is Prohibited." The storyline of this manga is probably your average typical of romance shoujo's manga, but don't get me wrong, you will not have a prolonged story by such misunderstood situations in which often makes me frustated. The story is so straightforward, everything is just right on the place. And all of that thanks to the main characters, especially the strong and hot couple, even there are so many obstacles on the way of their relationship, they do not bottle up their feeling and take action to to fix up the problems so straightforwardly. As for the smut thing, i am really glad that they act likea true couple and never betray the relationship by cheating to another men/women. The male leading character is " a really supreme being". I could say that because I've never found a male character of shoujo manga in which their act and behaviour are really amusing as this one. And the heroine is not your typical of "save me please! oh my prince in a shining armor", She could stand up for herself. Rather than a heroine who needs always to be protected, She prefer someone who supports her as she is not such a weakling. The supporting characters are not as shine as the main protagonist but their role fit in nicely. As there is no perfection in the world, i can say the same for the manga. The art actually is great for me, but sometimes it is difficult to me the difference some of the characters, Is it "him or her"? sometimes pops up in my mind. But overall i really enjoy reading it all, page by page, not even once time i skip any page of the manga. I would recommend it to all of you shoujo, romance and smut manga lover out there.
