This was such a beautiful story. The tale of two people falling in love and displaying their deep love as they dance the tango with such passion. There are many elements about this story that draws you in from the Latin dances, the romance, fighting for survival, separation, politics, loss. They did a good job of including many elements of a good story without being overbearing. The story itself was pretty good, it develops really well and you can't stop turning the page to find out what happens next. The characters I think were developed pretty well, The female wasn't always helpless. She is headstrong and is willing to do whatever it takes to find her love, there is one scene where she becomes such a bad ass and I loved it. They also make her out to be quite enchanting when it comes to men, her dance moves draw them in and they often fall in love. The male lead also draws you in because of how passionate and artistic he is on top of being a bad ass which always rocks. I enjoyed the art also, the author knows how to illustrate those beautiful dance moves which can be quite difficult, I can only imagine how beautiful an anime would be. Overall, what I loved most are the artistic elements woven into the story. The passion displayed through intimate dances like the tango, along with the poetry as they speak about dancing, making love etc. I enjoyed reading this and would recommend it.
