i become interested on this manga because of some recommendation from other harem manga. Story: 8 the story can happen in reality, well i think it already happen on different country. I can understand the story because they make a setting on school where they market is student or teenagers. art: 8The drawings are good and you can understand easily. character:9 character is the interesting part in food sadist and yandere is the spies or special flavor , that's why this manga is good. to tell you the truth im reading chapter 7+ but i cant even remember the character name. ex. "hotaru, who is that is that the 2d otaku?" daichi, is that the fat guy or the cross dresser boy?" enjoyment: 9 i enjoy chapter 1-23, just like said in character part i cant remember there name, i enjoy the part where there is some harem part in here, and i can see daichi harusame as keima katsuragi, ( shimono hiro v.a.). I just put 9 instead of 10 because i cant enjoy the ending, but still i enjoy this manga. well if you are harem shounen fan, then you might enjoy this manga :)
To counter the declining birthrate, the Japanese government chose one high school to initiate the "Bright World Project." The rules are simple: during the span of a summer break, each student has to find a date... or face death. While 99% of the school formed relationships, 9 students remain. These 9 students will have to face this DEATH OR LOVE game, whether they like it or not! (Source: MangaHelpers)
The manga has an interesting storyline and quite entertaining characters, undergoing a lot of development for only 23 chapters. Original idea, good artwork and plot development with an ending open to interpretation. What can Akarui Sekai Keikaku really offer? Read my full review here - https://wolf48blog.wordpress.com/2017/10/16/akarui-sekai-keikaku-manga-review/ For short summary read the overall section, hope it was helpful :) Story The story of Akarui Sekai Keikaku is actually quite original and interesting. It really kept me engaged, it was fun, it was interesting, it was tense, it had plot twists, it had everything necessary to be called good. Despite the fact that the series arebased on the ecchi and fanservice part, the plot was really well thought of. It had a certain amount of mistakes and plot holes, rushed endings and skipped time frames, but the overall idea and development were really good. There was a good amount of mystery, surprise and action for such a series and this made it even better. Characters For such a short series with a quite big variety of characters, there were really interesting personas to observe and a considerable amount of character development. There are 10 main acting characters in the series, each with his/her unique and really interesting personality. We have a tsundere, a pervert, an otaku, a stalker, a mysterious guys and so on. All of the characters are unique and undergo a special development based on things that happen to them and decision they are forced to make. They make the manga as good as it is and add a little spice to the already interesting storyline. Art I have to admit Izumi Kouki has done a great job in illustrating the manga. The art is on a really high level, typical for 2012-2013 manga, with a fine attention to detail. Of course, there is a big room for improvement, but the style is really good and there were just few compromises which I assume are all due to short deadlines and cutting on the series at an early stage. Overall In overall, I believe that Akarui Sekai Keikaku deserves a lot more attention that it is getting. It has a really interesting storyline and characters, great artwrok and a lot of plot twists and mystery that make the experience of reading it even better. It can be easily consumed in one breath and will keep you entertained all the time. The manga will certainly make you think about life and the decisions you make and is worth the time.
A lot of mangas centered around being suspenseful end up feeling really random. A certain degree of randomness is present in almost all manga due to how it's released with it coming out over time and varying degrees of course correction due to feedback. However, in cases where the draw is the twists and turns, such as in death games, the abrupt nature of such can be glaringly obvious and it becomes quite clear that the author is changing from what they were originally planning or possibly even that they have no idea where they're going with the plot, rather just making things up as they go. I used to hate such stories quite abit, as it felt like a game where the overarching rules are arbitrary is quite pointless. However, in time I've come to be able to appreciate these to at least some degree, where they can still have some pretty interesting characters and moments throughout. This is such a manga. The overarching plot is completely arbitrary, with the rules of the game changing constantly. Furthermore, the character's personalities also change randomly, as do various other plot devices. Hence, it certainly stays suspenseful moment to moment, but with such randomness there isn't really much to talk about regarding the overall story. It is an interesting premise though, trying to force love, though I wish I could have seen it better implemented. The characters overall are pretty interesting, and though they're pretty random overall with it not being clear where they're arcs are going, they seem to fit into their roles pretty well by the end, and though the roles are pretty clichΓ©, with the two main heroines being a yandere and classic tsundere, it fits well enough. The ending is an easy cop out that works well enough overall considering it was never really trying to go for depth, though the attempt to run around it with the flashback structure was sort of ridiculous. The art was decent enough. A manga that is highly arbitrary and random, but still manages to have some good points. 7/10
