This is a one shot about two couples slowly finding their way to each other. The main character has to transfer to a new school and move into a new apartment building after rumors spread that he got someone pregnant. There, he meets another boy who goes to the same school and lives in the same building, and their relationship starts to develop from that point. At the same time, the story also focuses on his uncle, who is gay and ends up falling in love with a police officer. I thought this parallel storyline was really sweet, and overall the story had a very warm andwholesome vibe. All of the characters were likable, and I honestly I thought it was a good choice to mention homophobia (because ITS ist still an issue today) And also the art style is also very nice and feels a bit nostalgic for the genre, which added to the charm. The reading flow was smooth and made it easy to finish the one shot in one sitting. The only thing that bothered me was that the uncle sometimes flirts jokingly with his nephew, which felt weird. Aside from that, this was a cute and enjoyable one shot, especially if you are looking for something light, sweet, and easy to read.
Yagi Naoyuki has always been able to get any woman he wanted, and to him, that has always been a problem. It's come to the point where they would take drastic measures if he rejected them. Fed up with his "women troubles," Naoyuki's parents send him to live with his uncle, Yagi Akira, whose sexuality is rather ambiguous. At the apartment complex, Naoyuki meets Yoshiro Kei, another one of the tenants and he can't help but be curious about Kei. (Source: MU)
