When i first started reading trace i thought it would have the same story of good vs bad , the only reason that got me to read it was because of the art . the story revolves about these trace's that appeared mysteriously , along side with them appeared trouble's , Trace's fight Trouble's , Trouble's are the bad guys here but in the same time The society shuts out Trace's as well , they are freaks to them and shouldn't even be allowed to live beside normal human's , they even have their own schools and regulations , The story is about two maincharacters not just one , the first half of the story is about Ghang Gwon Sa and the second is about Yun Seong Kim , the two halves are very connected later on in the story . Art : if i had to say anything about the art i would say AMAZING , i loved every bit of it , the art is truly beautiful . Characters : every character gets it's own turn in this manhwa , the character development is amazing that i ended up loving each and every one . over al i must give this manhwa a 10 due to it's great plot line , twists and art , i never really get influenced by stories that easily but this one reached a soft spot in my heart so much that when i reached the rose arc i felt like i was breaking a part , oh and one last thing although it may seem that this is one of these episodic stories where good fights evil until a plot appear i have to disagree it had a plot from the very start and as the story develops the plot gets darker and more serious and it gets even more enjoyable at the same time

Only looking at the synopsis, there is nothing impressive about the setting of this manhwa. To tell you the truth, a few chapters into the story, this is exactly what I thought, too. I was so-ooo wrong. At first, it seems like the main protagonist of this story would be a high school student, a norm for manga and manhwa alike. However, only after a few chapters, the narration switches to a middle-aged married man, which captured my attention immediately. The story only gets better from there. Readers slowly gather bits and pieces along with our confused main protagonists, information that helped our middle-aged father tomake a daring rescue plan. Things only get more surprising from there. Then, comes our (secret) 3rd main character, a man whom readers would previously dislike. Somehow, with the magical power of Korean drama, this arc is turned into an extremely emotion-rich, tears-filled episode. By the end of the arc, I guarantee that readers love this character. If all this still doesn’t convince you to read this, consider the genres I tagged Trace with: Action, Drama, Romance, Sci-fi, Superpower, and Supernatural. How can any one piece of work fits all these genres and still manage to produce a respectale work? And I tell you, the author did in fact do that, and managed to weave a fantastic multi-perspective story full of twists that mind-f*cks your brain. So yes, if you are the type of reader that enjoys complexity of characters and plot, this should be reason enough for an all-nighter. Finally, I should comment a little bit about the art. I have read in people’s reviews that they loved the art. Personally, I dislike the art in Trace. As I read it more and more, though, my problem with its art gradually fades out. My best attempt at describing the art style would be that the author draw lines thick and hard. For example, the face is drawn with straighter lines than usual. Another feature is that people are drawn more appropriate to real life (i.e. a middle-aged person would have wrinkles on his face). Final judgement? Like other reviewers of Trace, I give it a well-deserved 10/10. Story: 10 Art: 6 Character: 10 Enjoyment: 10 Overall: 10

What a masterpiece. I've been waiting for years now for Trace's sequel because the story has captivated me so much. I think the development of the different characters is the best in almost any work I have ever read. All the characters are important, even if we know who the main character is, he is only a secondary character in the story of the others. It may sound strange but there are about 5 main characters, each with their own story, adversity, moments of joy etc... What is equally captivating is how each story is connected and will come together at some point. Each arc is designed forcharacter development and does so in a spectacular way. The art is the only downside of the work I think, personally I love it but a lot of people can't keep reading supposedly because of the drawings. Society has a rather strange relationship with traces. They are the only ones who can do anything about the Troubles but they are the outcasts of society, as soon as their skills are discovered, the government takes over their lives, even their existence.
