Story - 8 Characters - 7 Art - 6 Where the Dragon's Rain Falls didn't look good to me at first, as the art style leaves everyone looking like a 12 year old. However, I admit the story quickly pulled me in and I read it in a couple evenings. This story also has a proper conclusion and is wrapped up satisfyingly, which is a huge factor on if I recommend something or not. The story is a period piece with fantasy elements on mythology. A notable point I found was the author's ability to properly create an alternate world while still keeping it similar enough to be believableand easy to follow along. The premise and character building for one of the characters in particular did strike my fancy quite a bit, and felt unique. (I obviously will not mention who or for what reason.) One point I would remark on is that this is a poly-amorous love story, though it is not marked as such on the MAL website. (All the more reason this story feels unique.) The art is average to me, considering all of the exceptional art I have seen through the Manwhas being released, but while it's average, that doesn't make it bad. The delightful story makes up for this lacking quality. Happy reading!
