A through and through SoL enjoyer here. Story: 8.5/10 (from SoL viewpoint) The story fits perfectly according to the genre, nothing much happens, just day to day life with little progression towards realising thier feelings. It is well written, the work mainly caters to adult audience. Some teenagers might find this interesting but I think the majority will shy away because it is purely a SoL. I am bit of a foodie too, hence, it was very cozy and warm story to read revolving around food. Characters: 7/10 Character pool is small, the MCs have bit of a history too. Overall nice.Art: 7/10 Expressions, ah yes, the expression is important. The art is simple (by simple i mean above average) which fits the story perfectly. Panels and dialogues are also spaced pretty well, it is not so cramped and feels open to read. Overall it is a solid 8/10 from me.
Nagisa, an office worker, ends up (almost) living together with Hiro, a long-distance driver. Food tastes even better than usual with "Aikagi-kun" and his big appetite. The casual time they spend together begins to color their days... A heartwarming story about a thirty-something office worker and a younger man (almost) living together! This is an overall wholesome piece without any drama or hard feelings. It has just the right amount of sweetness, not too much to make it feel “cringe,” but not too little to make it “boring.” It’s good as it is! Content: 8/10 The story matches the vibe and direction of the manga really well. It’s good at what it sets out to do: no unnecessary drama, and the only relationship problem is resolved lightly through conversation. The ending did feel a bit rushed to me, and I would’ve liked at least one more volume, but it’s still great. Style: 8/10 The art style is exactly what you’d wantfrom a wholesome romance manga. It doesn’t need to be top notch, just cute characters with enough care in each panel, which it delivers. The art quality also stayed consistent throughout. Personal Enjoyment: 9/10 Shout-out to the “Fluffy Low-Stakes Romances” stack. This is another manga I stumbled upon right before bed, only to end up reading all the way through. My initial feelings after first chapter was around an 8, but it didn’t disappoint me at all and ended up feeling like a solid 9.
