This manga is not, by any means, good, but I still recommend it because it can be something other than good or bad. The description above sums it up. There's this girl who tries to pass off as a gyaru delinquent to avoid bullying but, in return, gathers an extended cast of perverts around her that sexually harass her all the time (mostly off-screen, though). And they're all women, so it still qualifies as yuri. This is silly, bordering on stupid. And that's why I can recommend it. This manga is no masterpiece, although it has moments that are way deeper than one could expect fromsomething this goofy. It is indeed goofy and irresponsible and doesn't really care about being realistic, consistent, or diverse in its techniques. What I mean to say is that this manga is good as a guilty pleasure. It is something you are well aware is not really worth it, but can enjoy it nonetheless, like the first installment of Scary Movie or any album by Asia. It's not as flashy, senselessly sexualized, or convoluted in the plot department as, say, Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete, but I daresay it is comparably silly. It's a very nice way to spend a couple of hours, thinking every now and then, "Why the hell am I reading this?" and then proceeding with reading. Plus, there is a side character who becomes the source of quite funny meta-commentary on the yuri genre, and this is one of the best parts of this manga, at least to my taste. So, after all, I do recommend it, but only as a moderate guilty pleasure, shoving you under a waterfall of senseless stupidity. I liked it.
After putting up with years of bullying in junior high, Namekawa-san decides to make a preemptive strike when she starts high school. Her plan? Become a delinquent! At first, everything seems to be going greatβher classmates are terrified. However, the head of the disciplinary committee is unfazed. She's got her eye on Namekawa-san, and she refuses to look away in this explosive yuri comedy! (Source: Seven Seas Entertainment)
