This manga is perfect if you just want to read a funny romance without much drama. First of all, the art is very nice and simple, it fits the mangas atmosphere perfect. The story begins with a fake marriage and ends up (SPOILER!!!!!!) in a relationship heading towards a real wedding. It's funny, it's cute, very little drama but nothing too serious, perfect to just enjoy. It takes place in the work life, what is a nice change from the typical school life rom coms. The characters are likeable but sometimes they do not act very realistic (what doi expect? its a romcom manga, after all). Some characters or small storylines don't get enough screentime to have a good conclusion (imo), which left me unsatisfied a few times. The enjoyment however, is what made the manga good for me, it's very smooth to read, u just glide through the chapters, it made me laugh a lot and the ending was satisfying Nothing with really great characters oder a perfect story, just pure enjoyment 8/10 go read this if you like rom coms
The J.T.C. travel agency is looking for someone to manage its brand-new branch in Irkutsk. But for employees Takuya Oohara and Rika Honjouji, they'd rather just stay home in Tokyo! Thankfully, they've discovered a way outβtheir manager has narrowed down the recruits to bachelors, so what if they just...got married? The problem is they barely know each other at all! Can they convince their office they're engaged just long enough for the transfer to finish up? (Source: Seven Seas Entertainment)
Searching about an adult romance manga where they doesn't get together only a few chapters before the end, which is realist, but not too drama-heavy with characters that are still believeable (with flaws)? This manga is ideal. The art: Not the most impressive, but still pleasing on the eye. The characters: That's the part that is the best. The characters are realistic, they are really charming, most of them have enough focus without obscuring the main couple and add to the development of the story and the development of the relationship of the main couple. Not that love triangles are not sometimes useful or can be used well, but iflove triangles is not someone cup of tea, to add unneeded drama to the romance, this show is ideal. The two main characters (the main couple) are really good as individual characters, moreover their relationship is really cute and believeable. The theme: One of the main theme of this anime is marriage, so it shows multiple examples of marriages (failed ones, but also successful ones). This central theme is really well explored. It also explores other themes like the abandonment of the rural regions, geography, etc. The romance: The romance between the main couple is really great, it's a good mix of romance progression and of relationship development. In some romance anime/manga, there is either a romance progression that is either too slow or it progresses well, but it not backed up by a natural relationship development between the characters involved and personal character development for each of them. The main couple has both, which makes the romance really satistying.
Wholesome manga with some cute moment while also being relatable to young adults. Well executed manga with a conclusive ending. It got quite an interesting premise follow it throughout the story. The main theme of this piece is about overcoming your introverted self and learn how to express your true feeling toward other, which is very relatable. The characters are well-developed, and you can see their change throughout the series albeit not that drastic. They have many cute moments that doesn't seem cliche or cringy at all. The way they handle the relationship with the MCs and their respective family in the manga is quite natural andinteresting. That being said, it follows the same motif as many offices romance and can become quite predictable at time. It doesn't add anything new which to the genre so i give it the rating of 8/10.
Story is about two employees at a company who didn't want to get transferred to Russia therefore started a pretend engagement. The story evolves from there into a really interesting character romance between two working adults - no silly misunderstandings or love triangles. Tackles issues revolving around family, relationships, work so well between our two introverted MCs. The arc around the MC's father and the countryside was absolutely Cinema and brought a tear to my eyes. Very well executed story. The arcs around the FMC and her mother and her half-sister were dealt with pretty poorly - therefore this story has a very written familyfor the male MC only unfortunately :( Otherwise, the rest of the story was done very well! :D
The topic of when two people decide to do a fake relationship/wedding/marriage has been around quite a lot. However, here we have two people who value their peace of mind and want to keep it. For my part, I liked the character development. However, what bothered me at times was at some points it felt like the author stepped on the brake and set their relationship back a bit to get it going again. In some cases he skipped ahead a big chunk. But it didn't completely ruin the overall impression for me. The side characters weren't annoying and moved the story forward. The artwork made themspread apart well, not like other manga. The artist really played with nature, drawing the mountains beautifully or even parts of Tokyo, where I even remembered walking through some parts when I was there a solid amount of years ago. I think some things in the manga weren't worked out, or were forgotten, and it would be nice to resolve them, but everything can't be sun-drenched :-). There are a few moments I would very much like to reread and will remember fondly. For me, definitely a piece I would recommend. The finale was in the spirit of the manga, so for me, satisfaction as well.
