King of the Dead in Dark Palace

The art is beautiful, not unique but definitely nicely drawn and nice to look at. The story on the other hand, had soooooo much potential if it was longer, however it wasn't bad. It started off good but then it seemed rushed, the ending was kind of open ended but also with some closure while also being the beginning of a whole new story which we are left to wonder and want to read which sadly won't be continued. At least not that I have heard of it going to be longer. The MC didn't want power he just wanted to live, from the beginningto the end he just wanted to be left alone and be able to live a normal life where he could walk and be free of the pain he had while he was alive. This story revolves around him desperately and patiently doing what he can to live and be able to be free. I would recommend it because it leaves you wanting more after that ending but also seeing the potential it could have had if it was longer. Definitely not a bad read. The reason I rate it a 7 is because of the fast sort of open ending, and it not being longer when it clearly had sooo much potential to be a very interesting longer story.
