Maougun Saikyou no Majutsushi wa Ningen datta

Was this manga going off monthly releases for years? I still recall this specific title being one of the very first series I read when I was new to the hobby. I also watched the Anime which was...MID. So with the end at chapter 50, this series is a respectful 4/5. Maybe even lower due to pacing issues The idea of taking a cover as a demon in the Demonic Army isn't exactly a unique thing, it's actually a trope now? Here the MC is fairly balanced, with magic and human knowledge. That's it really, he just wears a Demonic mask and function as a high ranking figure amongst the demons.This guy alone managed to establish a town of peace between humans and demons (odd how the Demons all look very similar) Story wise, it's just a medium pace adventure of combat, discovery, with politics. Not peak, just good being better than MID.
