This manga is pretty mediocre all in all. I've just completed it...left me in very bad mood..well I try to write a review as polite as I can, and compress everything into very simple review. Story: 4/10 This manga consist of 3 volumes and the first volume is quite interesting which it able to captivate me to progress my read onto the sequel. It has a good starting. The climax is pretty much half-of-non-cliche. As it progress to the end however , it becoming something very horrible. HORRIBLE. Its sad for something potential as this story turns out to have atrocity-ending. You will be able tounderstand what I mean by reading this manga till' the end. Art , Character : 7 This criteria(s) made the manga is pretty much enjoyable. The characters were drawn with fine arts , the scenery is pretty good. (but dont expect boobs...)lol joke aside , there are some characters are likable , you will be wanting more of the concerned characters to appear more as you progress through the story. The development is pretty interesting too. Enjoyment: 5 This is entailed with how the story progress throughout the manga. Nothing much to say , but this manga is pretty enjoyable for light read. Overall: 5.75 . However I would give it 5. I pity the mangaka , perhaps she's out of idea to make progression of the manga. Ending a story like how she ends it is not a good choice to do , considering of how the manga's potential to attract readers for first several chapters. Well , I can't expect much though since she postscripted at the end of this(her)manga that this manga was originally plan to be oneshot. I do recommend this to be read , especially if you like to delve in sci-fi and non-meticulous plotline.
Judges are the messengers of the Central Government, sent out to punish delinquent cities. They have the ability to control programmed "seeds," causing explosive growth. After a disease breaks out among the "Children of Babel," those Judges who're given power through Central's research, Central requires the data of a natural Judge like Sion. However, Central is also interested in the legend of the "Heavenly City," which Sion is named after; what could their true purpose be? (Source: Storm in Heaven)
