Therapy Game

(Before you start reading, I recommend reading Secret XXX, as this is the story of Shouhei's older brother and Mito's younger brother). Therapy Game is quite unique. I'm not just saying this out of bias, but because in my experience reading BL, it is one of the best stories I've read so far of this genre. I've read fantastic stories and other extremely toxic ones, and I must say in my personal opinion that Minato and Shizuma's story is unique. Even though Secret XXX has given us more panels of Minato than Shizuma, when I started reading Therapy Game, I found the characters unrecognizable; and eventhough I found Itsuki and Shouhei's couple adorable, Therapy Game knew how to express what I didn't feel in Secret XXX. Each story has its strong point, but Therapy Game has everything that can leave your heart more than pleased: usually this kind of stories doesn't have a lot of backstory to tell, but even though it's classified as "yaoi" and there are a lot of such scenes, the general story involving our main characters is somewhat complex and entertaining. It is worth mentioning that it has quite a lot of character development, so I warn you that you will be able to get attached to more than one of them; not to mention the wonderful art it has. Shizuma, a talented soon-to-be veterinarian, struggling with forgetting the person he thought was the love of his life; and Minato, a "carefree" man with a tragic past, whose only goal in this story is to seduce Shizuma, the man with a big heart who would turn his world upside down. Therapy Game may seem a bit cliché at first, but it's totally worth it. And in addition to the fantastic story that Therapy Game and Therapy Game +Play More tell, you should definitely continue with Therapy Game: Restart.
