I still have to read the last volume, since it wasn´t published here yet, but I love this manga!!! It was so hard, every time I finished a volume I had to read the next one immediately!!! It caught my attention, because the cover looked similar to fairy tail but I would say, it is even better than fairy tail (so far at least...) because it is not thaaaat looong, the characters aren´t that BIG idiots and it is easy to follow the story! more than once I wished that it had an anime! It is indeed similar to fairy tail, but I actually prefer buster keel:as I already said, it is not too long I like the relationship between the main characters (blue-keel) no new main characters are joining the team, it´s only the four of them, and their relationship is actually evolving... So, I love this manga, it is one of the very few action mangas I bought, since I prefer watching action animes than reading action mangas (since there´s no anime I have to read it...) I really enjoyed it so far and I can´t wait for the next and final volume *^*
"Adventurers" are the group of people who set off on the adventure to defeat monsters of different ranks. The adventurers are divided into many categories according to their fighting style, eg. Monster Users or Fighters. One young Adventurer, Keel, set off for his journey to find the adventurer, Shiva the Monster User, who is called as the world's best for defeating the fearsome S-ranked monster known as Dragon Ape and who he claimed to have taken something very important away from him. He met with Ravi, another adventurer who is a Monster User, with her monster, Mippy, and decide to stick with her because he was told by the person in the town that Ravi might know where Shiva is... This is basically Fairy Tail, if you like that steaming pile of garbage, you'll love this. Back in 2010-11, when I was a wee little lad, I read this, and because of that, its hard for me to bash this series, as much as it deserves to be bashed. If FT had failed like this series did, and this series had gotten as big as FT is, I'd probably be saying that FT isn't as bad as BK, just because its less offensive by virtue of not being obnoxiously omnipresent. As you can probably tell the art is pretty average for this kind of lowestcommon denominator shounen. The characters are all remarkably static, which obviously isn't helped by the fact that this series was cut short of because it couldn't catch on, somewhat ironically, because of FT's meteoric rise.
