What's not to love, this story has a multitude of twists and turns that leads the reader down a rabbit hole. Included in this artful work is : pirates, assassins, damsels in distress, rulers and servants. As well as love that reaches through the shadows to prevail in the end. The relationships through this manga are well developed and the story is told in such a way that grabs you sternly until the very end. A magnificent read! The art is very pleasing to the eye, each character is well drawn, for a yaoi even the females are something to behold. Or course the men arethe more beautiful, in my opinion. Overall I believe this manga has something in it for everyone, even those that are not BL fans can read this and find it enjoyable, since the "sex scenes" are drawn in such a way that you know what they are doing, bit its not overly explicit.

Synopsis

The Morea sea is controlled by a clan name Preveza, a clan which has lost all ties to any other country in the past three years. Read it all in one day. this story has pretty much everything I enjoy in a boys love, an interesting story and characters, beautiful art work and character designs (the characters are all very attractive haha Canale is one of the prettiest characters I seen), unexpected twists, drama with heartwarming moments and a happy ending. I got absolutely nothing negative to say about this manga its the right length as well not overly short to the point of feeling like there has to be more and not so long that it feels like things are slow/dragging the pace is all perfect id highly recommend thisto anyone that enjoys a good boys love story with beautiful men. the sequel/prequel manga Corsair - Eigetsu id highly recommend as well it focuses on two of the characters Yani and Sesaam and their relationship which is not shown much in the original corsair its shorter since its mostly a flashback explained from Yani's point of view. anyhow I give this a full 10 since I enjoyed it so much and could not find any negatives in the story <3
