Mod Edit: This review was originally posted for Adolte to Adarte (25383) and has subsequently been merged into Oukoku Monogatari (105402). Huh. This is slightly confusing. (Forgive me for there are spoilers ahead) The story is about pretty average, a prince and a peasant trades places. Then it time skips(?) to when the peasant who traded places with the prince forgot about the prince. It was reveal that the peasant was suppose to be a sacrifice to the prince, but now the prince's the sacrifice. In the end, the peasant(disguised as prince) gets in the way when the prince(disguised as peasant) was about to be killed. After that, they escaped and went on adventures? Wot. Art is pretty and alluring. Makes you kind of relaxed. Character is average. I don't know if I enjoyed this or not. It was certainly interesting, but I feel meh. Overall, the story is weird to explain. But it's only described in one chapter so I can see why the story wasn't too clear. Once again, art is very mystique and appealing to look at. Characters are average. So...yeah?
Purple-eyed Adarte, blue-eyed Adolte. One enveloped in light—the graceful son—and one shrouded in darkness—the prisoner. Even as their souls are drawn together, destiny would tear them apart. Elsewhere in the kingdom, a heroic king is served by an enigmatic aide from a faraway land. His path has torn him from his dearest kin and placed him in the halls of power—to what end...?
