Comedy anime about the generation gaps. The three main characters represent the major generations of Japanese; Yutori (teenagers), Tsumekomi (20-30s) and Dankai (middle age). Tsumekomi-chan is an office worker in a toy company and supervises the part-time working student Yutori-chan. She tries to get along with Yutori-chan but her selfish behavior typical of the Yutori generation is incomprehensible.

Very cute and a fun pass-time! I love it a lot and I recommend it if you need something lighthearted and quick. It's a good thing to watch especially after a very intense show or when you're feeling down, it's a good pick-me-up. The episodes are short so it doesn't take a lot of time up but it manages to put a smile on your face! I really enjoyed this anime, as silly as it was and I think most people can enjoy it. It's not very "plot" based considering the short time frame but the characters are lovable and the anime as a wholeis super enjoyable.
The basic gist of this show is that it is a short length episode comedy anime, about a Merchandise company, with employees who are cute girls. It is a shorts show, where each short episode focuses on one of the characters and their life as coworkers: Yutori Chan, the new recruit gets the most focus, but some episodes swap to focus on her friend Shiori, whom she has a friendly bond with that sometimes borderline feels like yuri shipping (check out one of the first few episodes, about Shiori being sick to see the most yuri crammed into one episode), and to my delight, thereis also an in universe magical girl parody series that the main characters design merch of, and sometimes the magical girl parody is the focus of the whole episode. It is a very unique parody, the idea is that she is a magical girl selling skin cream that makes you look younger, so prior to her transformation she is a wrinkly old lady, but her mascot and her, use a skin cream and then appear young. Very silly little concept, the series has lots of fun ideas like this, since it is just harmless comedy shorts that are all about running a merch company. I watched this because I was being a completionist regarding Moetan and this was by the same director (Kawaguchi Sensei, director of Moetan, Maji De Otaku na English Ribbon Chan, and this show) and same character designer (POP, also did the character design of all 3 of those shows). This show is probably more recommendable than their previous work Moetan, this show is just wholesome sfw fun (unlike Moetan which is magical girl/ecchi/slice of life). There is nothing that ever steps outside the realm of being wholesome, in this show. The most interesting thing for most people will probably be the parodies, and the Yuri hinting. Completely appropriate show, you could even let kids watch this. In a way you could consider this to be like a soft semi connected trilogy with Moetan, Maji De Otaku na English Ribbon Chan, and Yutori Chan, because technically all 3 of these involve magical girls and are all by the same director guy Kawaguchi, and character designer guy, named POP.)
