Nageki no Ice Candy

Ice pop. That's you. What do you do? Well, there isn't a lot to do. You just wait there, hoping to get eaten (maybe, do ice pops hope to get eaten). How do you wait there? Well, you just lay on the plate, for some time. Hope the sun doesn't get in your eye (unintentional rhyme). Maybe watch some TV, baseball perhaps? Have the fan on? Pray bugs don't crawl in your face. ​ This is a very interesting short movie with not a lot to go on for it, just telling, a maybe rather accurate life of a solitary ice pop. He just complains a lot likesome old man, maybe does something once in a while. Oh, that part isn't accurate, but it is a nice touch. It looks really nice too. I am loving the pencil detail here, gives a nice aesthetic. I didn't comment on how it ends. Well, as does the human, the same is for all matter within the universe. "What a wonderful life" 7.5/10
