Haru wo Irodoru

An absolutely beautiful little anime. This is a story about the love between a grandmother and granddaughter, it shows that love goes on even after someone passes away. A slightly different style is used in the beginning, which is a good way of showing a change in mood. The artwork is beautiful in general and the music works well with it. There are a few funny moments as well and there are nice depictions of Japan's more rural areas. It is admirable how an anime that runs for just a few minutes can tell a complete story. Don't expect an action-themed story. This works well as amoving piece of art, to be enjoyed on a lazy Sunday morning with a cup of relaxing tea.
