This song seems to be riding the Babymetal trend, with JPOP vocals and a metal sound. This time the song seems to be based on Metalcore that progresses to something like power metal in the chorus. The song is not terribly original, and the art isn't perfect. However the sound production was OK. It opts to use fast cuts, and the animation was definitely reused. The song doesn't take itself too seriously and it might be enjoyable if you just want a palate cleanser song. I would've liked it if they either went heavier with breakdowns and the like, or they stuck with powermetal throughout the entire song and made it more anthemic. Lyrics were fairly bog standard, with the typical JPOP themes.
I don't know why this is here. It's not "anime" - it's a bit of a stretch to consider it γ’γγ‘γΌγ·γ§γ³, because there is very little movement on the characters to speak of. The song is annoying and not memorable. It mixes cheesy "hyper-pop" with metal breakdown drumming, which doesn't work for me as an actual metalhead. I suppose it seems a little banal to me, but in Japan this kind of stuff is apparently not considered cringe - or, at least not universally. It uses a sexualized blonde animu girl as clickbait and a thirst trap, that's why its here and in my adsfor the 5 years that I've been on this website now. There. Now leave my feed/ad space. Please! P.S.: So apparently, you need at least five hundred words for MyAnimeList to consider your "review" a "review" or a "proper review". As you can see, I needed to post this here in order to fulfil the wishes of the MAL mods. From high school, I have, of course, mastered the art of reaching the word minimum without actually having anything to say in the slightest.
a fun song to listen to!! not a song id have on repeat or anything, but it is a good song. im a big fan of metal so i may be biased lol. i really like how bands like this are coming due to babymetal getting into the mainstream (i do honestly think this is better than babymetal lmao.) the vocals arent amazing, but theyre good. the guitar is really good and so are the drums. if you want a really good japanese female fronted metal band (thats actually been a thing since the 90s), check out yousei teikoku. really good band that can bereally heavy/symphonic/gothic at times. :)β
Weird song, i see it was a attempt to follow the JPOP Hype train but it kinda fails, the song is not catchy in a good way but ends up being annoying and forgettable, for an example i had to listen to it twice cause i forgot to write this review before XD. There is not really "story" or "plot" to go on, it is just a average hot anime chic with a song going along. And when i say it does not have anything besides that i really mean it, it is just a image with a song in the back, there is a"clip" but nothing happens except the same girl from the original pic in a bunch of slide shows and playing guitar in a simple animation.
