Two Worlds

I liked Disney's 1934 version of The Ant and the Grasshopper, though that one is in a very different style. This one is more slow and methodic. It's also more subtle, while still being very clear what the message is. And it's slow. Very slow. I'd probably like it way more on 2x speed, but I refuse to let my cooked brain win. If you're going to watch this, put some music on in the backround. This is a silent film and suffers from it. Put a piano on, some Lena Rain track, Caparezza, ANYTHING! Watching withouth any audio is a snoozefest. Lastly, I'd like to add thatI thought the character designs were very good. They all felt unique in their own way, both visually, but also behavour like. The use of silluettes and cloth was done fantastically, and I like use of different colours (even though there's only two of them). Link below is probably the best version you'll find. I haven't done the translation myself, but I'm willing to trust sumerias1 and his CC subtitles. Really nice that he'd go through the effort.
