Saga of Tanya the Evil: War Report

I mean it's practically annoying to see a recap episode, when you literally waited for the next episode, of new content, to appear as you waited for it. And it may seem possible as well, that the reason for this anime to do such a thing may be due to some conflicts that some viewer may have with understanding what's going on in the story, to the point that we're at right now. Or they're just lacking the budget or time to actual animate and finish everything accordingly. But I mean why are we even complaining? We watch their shit for free. And they're notprofiting from our money. Aside from that, the anime is actually pretty simple to understand, the difficult part that some people might have a tough time understanding would be some language used, like German food, wurst (the sausage). Or just some military like strategy and logic involved in the show, if you are unfamiliar with civilization like games or study history passionately, then it's going to be kinda tough to understand those part without reading it carefully. Aside from that, this shit was unnecessary.

Recap episodes for 12 episode series are the devil. I always think maybe they'll reveal some new content at the end of the episode or something, but am always let down. This show is no exception. This is unfortunate because Studio NUT (cuz you really have to put emphasis on that) was actually providing an enjoyable show for their first outing. Episodes like these really add nothing to the discussion because it's just scenes from previous episodes stapled together into an unholy abomination. Maybe it's just an allusion towards Frankenstein's monster that these episodes are paying tribute to. I'm just kidding, they're not that deep, they're just atime saving move for when a studio runs into production troubles so that they can get back on track on a release schedule. The show, however, is a pretty good watch, but this special is nonsense.

This is pretty much the definition of filler. I believe that the general explanation for this recap was just because there were 13 weeks in this cour where Youjo Senki had to run, so the studio used the opportunity to splice something together since they didn't have the budget, or enough story material, to make an actual episode of new content. I suppose that's better than a situation where they just ran behind schedule and had to scramble, but it's not much of an excuse even then. I like Youjo Senki a lot, but the story isn't all that complex, and the animation isn't thatamazing, that some kind of clip episode was warranted. There's zero reason to waste your time on this.

Guys, we could have atleast had a beach episode, but instead we get this crap, biggest letdown thus far this year. The following text you are about to read is complete filler because they wouldnt let me submit such a short review but you can look at the filler I'm writing as a comparison to the Recap of Youjo Senki. Also what do you guys think about Wargaming releasing the Object 252U Defender? I already have an IS-6 so I'm already on the paintrain but seeing as how good the IS-6 is on its own really helps me handle the reality of this bullshit. TLDRWe didn't need a recap and we certainly didn't want to wait an entire week to see an episode only to find out we have to wait TWO weeks. Object 252U is op but the IS-6 is ok so its all fine.
