The "Nyanbo" are creatures with square bodies with ears and tails that came to Earth from outer space. There's Tora, who dreams of repairing their broken UFO and returning to space, as well as his sister Kotora, the precocious Shiro, the mischievous Mike, the mysterious Kuro, and many more. All of these Nyanbos are now happily living much like cats, free-spirited and sometimes getting into trouble, in places that humans don't know about. (Source: Crunchyroll)

There was so much comical drama. Super cute anime. I had just finished watching Polar Bear Cafe, and was looking for something similar to that. Nyanbo really hit the nail on the head. These robot cats, took me on a crazy adventure! The intro song was very catchy, and I looked forward to watching each episode. This anime has stunning art. It features real life backgrounds while having these computer animated Nyanbo which really add to the quirkiness. Like I said before, the intro song is very fun and uplifting, but as is the rest of the audio in this anime. They have perfect soundeffects for every situation. The Nyanbo are all super awkward creatures, but they all have their own, very distinct characteristics and personalities. Overall, I really enjoyed this anime. I would be delighted if there was a second season, but I don't feel its necessary to have one, as the first season didn't leave off on too much of a cliff hanger. It seems their adventures will just continue on.

This is by no means a revolutionary piece of art but it also doesn't try to be. I watched this anime with my friends after we randomly came across it while looking for a good anime to binge. We started off just joking around, thinking this would be one of those badly made kids shows that make you fall asleep after a few minutes. Though luckily this couldn't have been farther from the truth. A simple but yet interesting story, great voiceacting performance and phenomenal animation all around. This anime is the best example of a hidden gem I have ever seen. I would imploreyou all to watch this with your friends when you have time and boredom to spare! Also: Kuro is at least Hyperversal in terms of power
It's a 5 minute 26 episode series, so you will be able to finish this in about an hour or two. Anyways, these "Nyanbo" are cats, well more like space cats or something of that nature & somehow they are on Earth. The anime? Stop motion? Well, this show features several different cat characters, with two being a brother & sister & a few other Nyanbos. The littlest Nyanbo is always hyper & full of energy throughout each episode & of course it also introduces two other groups of Nyanbo midway through this show. The Nyanbo are basically living in this attic of someone's house& they're also trying to look for UFO parts in each episode. I found this show to be enjoyable & of course the real life added into Nyanbo sure made it different from other anime.
