Soreyuke Marin-chan Marine A Go Go is like the Monty Python of hentai anime. The plot is so downright ridiculous you can't help but love it. This was one of the first h-anime's I saw several years ago when I really started getting into the genre. Fast forward a few years and I can still go back to this one and have a blast watching it again. It starts off with some Professor that resembles Dr. Wily from the Megaman series and some robotic pet turtle, that needs to collection 100 samples of sperm from various men to save mankind. To do this, he needs an assisant,someone who can "Love and Serve!" men and get these samples. So where's the best place to look? Yeah, school girls. They stumble upon the busty Marin walking about at her school and the turtle gives her a magical ring, when she puts it on her outfit is transformed into something that resembles a maid's outfit, though it's colorful and bright. But Marin wants to get married and can't get pregnant! Fear not! That's where the turtle comes in, every time a man barely let's go inside of her, the turtle comes to the rescue and takes it in himself! He can even magically appear inside of her womb! So Marin begins to except her fate, though she needs practice. They find a nerdy guy whom hasn't made love in a long time, so she gets on her knee's and gives it a shot. She's not doing very good though! So the Professor and his female assistant get it on and show her what to do, Marin then finds herself pleasing the geek better than ever and successfully captures his sperm! Eventually, the Professors assistant betray's him and builds a female robot that is designed to do the same thing Marin is, except she's a machine. She's faster, better, and more precise with her sex and love! In the final episode they battle it out to see who can get the most samples of sperm before it's too late! It's absolutely hilarious. The storyline is so off the wall like I said earlier, you just can't help but at least smile about it. The best part is that it somehow seems to take itself entirely seriously as well, rather than just being another typical parody hentai like many others out there. As for the sex here, it's not that bad at all though the animation is a little faulty here and there, you can tell it's aged a bit. The proportions are sometimes really goofy and seem completely out of place, but there's worse out there. As for what to expect, it's mainly normal sex with nothing weird thrown in. Marin-chan herself is quite the looker. The music is surprisingly top notch and the main theme brings in a lot of nostalgia for older 90's anime. This was directed by Masami Obari, infamous for character designs in Viper GTS and the Angel Blade series. So fans of those will probably enjoy this quite a bit, because there's definitely similarities (even a cameo of Blade in one scene). All in all this is one of the funniest h-anime's I've ever seen and highly recommend, especially to the newbie hentai fans.

"For the bright future of Japan, I shall take your semen!" -Marine It's Valentine's Day, which means it's time for me to review another ridiculous hentai! This year's hentai is Marine A Go-Go, which was directed, animated, and created by the infamous Masami Obari. It's been a long time since I last reviewed an Obari anime and commented on anime's master of ridiculous anatomy. I believe that last time was about 7 years ago when I reviewed Voltage Fighter Gowcaizer. Marine was created by Obari's own hentai studio G-1 Neo, which also produced Viper GTS and Angel Blade. Honestly, the animation is pretty good fora hentai from the early 2000s. The character designs are utterly ridiculous, but this is honestly a far better hentai to laugh at than to actually masturbate to. Obari loves to draw HUGE boobs, but unlike his close friend and high school classmate Satoshi Urushihara, he doesn't pay very close attention to detail. He just loves the concept of huge boobs. Needless to say, his breasts never quite look right or move like actual breasts. However, the most distinguishing feature of Obari's art is definitely the way he draws hips. The hips are always too high, too sharp, and angled so the girls' spines would snap if they were real people. Obari also draws very odd faces with some of the largest eyes in anime. So, the typical Obari girl has an uncanny face, giant beachball tits, impossible hips, and walks with digitigrade legs like an ostrich. Only Tali from Mass Effect can pull off being adorable and having hips and legs like that. The plot of this hentai is that a mad scientist is attempting to collect semen from 100 men with high levels of "sexual energy". If this anime were made today, you would think this is commenting on Japan's low birthrate like Darling in the Franxx. However, this guy's goals aren't exactly clear. Then again, he shares the same voice as Gendo Ikari, so of course his goals are difficult to comprehend! The last review of this anime from 12 years ago mentioned that he looks like Dr Wily from Mega Man, but he's actually supposed to be a spoof of Dr. Hell from Mazinger Z. How do I know this? The cane that he uses to control his creations is the dead giveaway. Dr Gendo Hell chooses a dumb girl with big boobs to be his sex slave and collect the semen samples. However, his goal isn't for her to get pregnant. The guys cum inside her and then a robotic turtle shrinks to a tiny size, teleports inside her uterus, collects the semen, and comes out her vagina. The semen will then be frozen and stored for the future. Basically, he chose the most ridiculous way possible to run a sperm bank because he's a mad scientist and that's how he rolls. In the first episode, Marine has to have sex with some geek, but doesn't know how to have sex. So, Dr Gendo and his assistant have to demonstrate for her. They used the sex education joke in Monty Python's Meaning of Life. In the second episode, Marine engages in a contest with a male stripper who pierced his dick 7 times so the studs form the Big Dipper constellation, which is called "Hokuto" in Japanese. I can't imagine what anime they might be referencing here. The contest is to strike sexy poses and whoever makes the other cum first is the winner. Then we learn that Dr Gendo's assistant has created her own sex android to kill the 100 sperm doners by anal sexing them to death. This is all part of a 30-year revenge plan because Gendo accidentally blew his nose on her love letter when he had a cold back in college. Finally, we reach the final episode in which our idiotic heroine and the sex robot engage in a marathon sex contest to see who can fuck 50 dudes the fastest. Marine wins, but the sex robot slaughters everyone besides Marine and Gendo with a missile barrage and flies off with the evil assistant. We learn that she's being backed by the US government and then the anime ends to never be continued. Bravo Obari! Personally, I found this hentai to be pretty funny and enjoyable. It's not high art or anything, but it's a lot more enjoyable than most hentai I've watched. I had a good time for 3 episodes and I think most people who try this out will too, so long as you know what kind of goofy shit you're in for.
